Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns and establish effective treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster personal growth and healing.

• Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and track their progress consistently throughout the treatment process.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients facing accessibility challenges, ensuring they receive the mental health support they deserve, no matter their circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold ethical standards and facilitate quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele facing a variety of mental health challenges, including, but not limited to, trauma, anxiety disorders, and depression. Our clinic serves individuals from different backgrounds, ensuring that your treatment approaches are culturally competent and personalized to meet each client's unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for establishing safe, trusting relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, understanding, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' diverse experiences and challenges.

• Organizational and time-management skills that enable effective handling of diverse cases and meeting documentation deadlines.
