Leisure And Entertainment Industry Sales Professional

Our client, a creative design and build company specializing in leisure, mini golf, and family entertainment attractions, is looking for a dedicated professional to support their expansion across North America. Based in Columbus, Ohio, this role requires some travel across the U.S. and offers a structured pathway into a future sales role.

• Develop new business opportunities through strategic outreach and lead nurturing.
• Conduct discovery calls to assess client needs and project scope.
• Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in target accounts.
• Manage opportunities using HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and assist in sales handovers.
• Execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and target lists.
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings as needed.

What You Bring

• Experience in business development, lead generation, or consultative sales.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable engaging with senior decision makers.
• Highly organized with strong pipeline management skills.
• Proficiency in HubSpot CRM preferred.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work in a hybrid or remote environment.
• Interest in leisure, hospitality, construction, or experiential sectors is a plus.
