Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' unique strengths, challenges, and mental health needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, tailored to individuals, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers to coordinate integrated care that addresses the psychosocial and medical needs of clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights, promoting access to essential community resources and support services to assist with their mental health journey.

• Maintain meticulous electronic health records, documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and therapeutic outcomes to ensure continuity of care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences, providing insights from your clinical experience while also engaging in continuing education activities aimed at enhancing your professional competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited university program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience delivering clinical social work services.
