Youth Housing Stability Navigator
The Good Seed CDC
A community service organization in Los Angeles is seeking a Supportive Housing Case Manager to assist young adults (ages 18–25) in securing stable housing and developing life skills. In this full-time role, you'll manage a caseload of 12–18 clients, provide tailored guidance, and connect them with essential resources. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in social work or a related field and 1-2 years of case management experience.
