Role: Payroll Support

Location: Piscataway, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 2-3 months Contract

Provides transactional payroll support to the Global Payroll department during a period of elevated workload. Performs assigned processing tasks under the direction of the Sr. Manager, Global Payroll, in support of biweekly domestic payroll and related funding activity. This is a temporary, non-supervisory position, working 3 days per week, in the Piscataway, NJ office.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and validate payroll batches in ADP Workforce Now.
• Process payroll-related invoice payments.
• Prepare wire and funding requests for review and approval.
• Update timecards in eTime on behalf of managers and employees.
• Support gift card processing during the program wind-down.
• Perform ad hoc payroll tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years payroll processing experience required.
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and eTime required
• High accuracy and strict confidentiality with payroll and employee data.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
