Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Restoring Hope Counseling LLC, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address a range of issues including but not limited to, grief, relationship conflicts, job-related stress, and communication difficulties.

• Facilitating family sessions to promote unity and resolve conflicts among family members and siblings, as well as addressing issues related to blended families and divorce.
\n
• Developing tailored treatment plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
\n
• Utilizing telehealth platforms for remote consultations and maintaining accurate documentation of all patient interactions through our secure electronic health record system.
\n
• Actively collaborating with other mental health professionals within the organization to ensure holistic patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds in the Vancouver area. Specific client focus includes:

• Children and adolescents dealing with challenges in their home or school environments.
\n
• Families navigating the complexities of blended households and divorce.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active LMFT license in the state of Washington.
