Overview Occupational Therapist (OT) – School Based (LOA Coverage) – Henderson, NV (Cadence area) Salary: $53–$72 per hour • 2025–2026 School Year AB Staffing is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term LOA coverage assignment at a single school site in the Henderson, NV (Cadence area) for the 2025–2026 school year. This role offers consistent weekday hours , a stable caseload , and no floating between schools . Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans. Deliver therapy services supporting academic and functional outcomes. Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliant and timely documentation. Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment. Qualifications Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Nevada OT License (OTR/L) .
