Key Responsibilities\n

• Co-facilitate childbirth education and postpartum peer support groups alongside birth workers to foster community growth and provide valuable resources to new parents.

• Engage actively in community outreach initiatives that promote holistic wellness, facilitating the development of supportive networks among birthing individuals and their families.

• Participate in clinical consultations and multidisciplinary learning environments, bringing your expertise to discussions aimed at enhancing care delivery and patient outcomes.

• Ensure accurate clinical documentation for all patient interactions, adhering to local and state regulations while maintaining the confidentiality and well-being of clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of active licenses in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT is mandatory for this role.

• The salary range for this position is competitive at USD 120,000 – 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience and caseload.
