Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, focusing on psychosocial assessments and effective interventions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and necessary therapeutic interventions to support recovery, ensuring a patient-centered approach at all times.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment records, in accordance with departmental policies and regulatory standards.

• Provide individual and family counseling, offering crisis intervention and support for emotional and behavioral challenges that may arise during treatment.
\n
• Engage with clients’ families and support systems to facilitate open communication regarding treatment plans and progress towards discharge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our Detox Center, you will be working primarily with individuals experiencing substance use disorders, as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Your expertise will guide clients through their vulnerabilities and foster resilience, helping them to navigate the complexities of addiction recovery and mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Hold a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a social work setting, particularly in addiction or mental health.

• Proven proficiency with modern technological tools, including electronic health records (EHR), telehealth platforms, and standard office software such as spreadsheets and document editing applications.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
