We are expanding our team and have an immediate opening for a Promotion Manager - Create events, build brands, and engage in Louisville, KY.Ideal Candidate:Previous experience in outdoor promotions and/or marketing and/or customer service preferredAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, and CanvaExcellent organizational and project management skills; ability to prioritize and effectively manage timeHigh work standards and attention to detailPhysical ability to stand for multiple hours and lift or move 40-pound objectsRegular Duties Include:Manage the promotion and direction of promotional activities that improve the brand's image in BirminghamCollaborate with multiple departments to create and execute promotions such as remotes, events, van hits, and other street team activities from start to finishAttend client meetings and present promotional ideasDrive promotional vehicles and coordinate and oversee on-site appearances, remotes, and eventsPerform basic office administrative functionsUpdate station websiteConduct on-site promotions and handle clients and listenersSet up and run audio and other types of equipment, hang banners, and other staging elementsSet up, breakdown, and transport promotion event equipment as requiredPrepare contest rules, waivers, prize fulfillment, and release forms for all contestsPeople Skills:Communicate effectively with both staff and leadershipAbility to create an environment that benefits everyone in it, contributing to the overall successMust reside or relocate to Louisville, KYWhat We Offer:Competitive compensation with base and bonus opportunitiesA growing group of media brands with a positive team environmentBest training and resources in the businessMedical, Dental & Vision, 401K, Vacation & Holiday timeAbout SummitMedia, LLC:SummitMedia is an integrated broadcasting, digital media, direct marketing, and events company.
