Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify the mental health needs of clients, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and personal interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client's unique circumstances, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to individual goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of case managers and psychiatrists to coordinate comprehensive treatment strategies that support holistic client care.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate intervention and stability for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Participate in community outreach and educational programs to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigmas associated with seeking treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this telehealth position, you will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals of varying ages, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your work will involve helping clients navigate a myriad of challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and family dynamics. Understanding cultural nuances and demonstrating empathy will be critical to building trusting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering rapport and effectively collaborating with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to engage effectively with individuals from differing cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Strong organizational abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment notes.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your experience and credentials.
