Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries while delivering clinical support.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, review treatment plans, and facilitate appropriate discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and closely monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain meticulous documentation and progress notes in compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Conduct intake assessments to gather comprehensive client histories and determine the appropriate treatment path.

• Engage in individual supervisory sessions to receive feedback on clinical practice and continually improve therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team and other healthcare providers to provide holistic care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation is mandatory.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive salary range between USD 75,000 and 90,000 annually, compensating clinical expertise in a fee-for-service model.
