Senior HR Generalist — Talent, Engagement & Coaching

Atkore is seeking a Sr. HR Generalist based in Harvey, IL to lead talent acquisition, employee relations, coaching, and HR program delivery for a growing site. You will work under the Director of Human Resources and partner with operations to strengthen workforce capability and engagement. In this role you’ll manage recruitment, employee coaching, data reporting, and investigations while aligning HR initiatives with Lean methodologies.
