A Schedule That Gives You More Life Outside of Work Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend This condensed schedule gives you four days off each week, offering more time for rest, family, and personal priorities. It's a great fit for nurses who enjoy longer stretches of downtime and a predictable, steady rhythm to their workweek.
