Middle East , Salary Presented with expectation Schedule: 6 days per week Hours: 9 hours per day (flexibility required) Leave: 30 days paid holiday per year Start Date: As soon as possible Location: Private residence – International travel may be required Accommodation: TBC Salary: Client has asked for Chefs to present their salary expectation We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to oversee the culinary operations of a prestigious private household. The ideal candidate must have a broad and in-depth knowledge of International and Asian cuisines, showcasing creativity, refinement and an ability to tailor menus to the family’s tastes and dietary preferences. The successful candidate will bring solid experience in diverse service styles, including seated multi-course fine dining menus, high‑end events, elegant buffet‑style presentations and casual family dining, all delivered to impeccable standards. In addition to culinary expertise, the chef must demonstrate strong leadership and organisational abilities, capable of managing and mentoring kitchen staff, planning and executing events seamlessly, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute bespoke daily menus using fresh, seasonal, and where possible, organic ingredients Personally prepare and plate meals to the highest standards for a variety of service styles – from formal fine dining to casual family meals Collaborate daily with the kitchen team and kitchen manager on menu planning, client tastings, and presentation Support labour scheduling, costing, inventory, and waste reduction practices Enforce best practices in food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation at all times Act on feedback from the household and service staff to continuously improve culinary offerings Lead, train, and inspire kitchen staff on new menu items, food presentation, and service expectations Maintain professionalism, discretion, and composure under pressure in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment Report maintenance or kitchen issues promptly and proactively manage kitchen operations Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ experience in top‑level Private Chef or restaurant roles EU Passport holder - essential for travel Deep expertise in multiple cuisines with refined technique, especially Asian, plant‑based, vegan, raw, and organic cooking Proven ability to design menus around strict dietary needs and wellness‑focused preferences Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Flexibility to work on‑call, weekends, evenings, holidays, and across shifts as needed Passion for food with a discerning palate and artistic plating skills Strong leadership, organisation, and time management abilities Able to maintain and enforce the highest kitchen standards across a team A calm and positive demeanour, with a service‑first mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Exclusive Household Staff
