ABOUT THE ROLE

The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily housekeeping and laundry operations throughout the community. This role ensures that resident apartments, common areas, and laundry services are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality while supporting and coaching housekeeping team members.

Our team members provide extraordinary service and hold each other accountable to creating a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.

• Supervise and support housekeeping and laundry staff in daily operations.
• Ensure resident apartments, common areas, and community spaces are maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition.
• Monitor housekeeping quality standards and conduct routine inspections.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service and hospitality.
• Coordinate work assignments and schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
• Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping and laundry supplies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Respond promptly and professionally to resident and family requests regarding housekeeping services.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on resident satisfaction.

• Have previous housekeeping leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or hotel environments.
