Job Overview A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation Associate in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Duties Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Collaborate with teams on mergers and acquisitions. Draft and review compensation-related documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of executive compensation and employee benefits. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in good standing. Skills Excellent analytical and communication skills.
