Job Title: Contract Recruiter

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking a Contract Recruiter to join our client to support and elevate hiring efforts for customer service and operational teams. This role plays a key part in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring timely hiring, and delivering a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring partners while managing multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. This is a remote, temporary opportunity supporting ongoing workforce needs.

Compensation:
$30.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Key Responsibilities of the Contract Recruiter:

• Lead full cycle recruiting efforts for customer service and operational roles, ensuring efficient and timely hiring outcomes
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and relationship building strategies
• Conduct phone screenings and interviews to evaluate communication skills, experience, and overall alignment with role expectations
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify hiring needs, provide candidate insights, and recommend qualified talent
• Manage applicant tracking system activity, ensuring accurate records, streamlined workflows, and compliance with hiring standards

Qualifications and Skills for the Contract Recruiter:

• 2 to 3 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced environment, with a focus on high volume hiring
• Background supporting call center, customer service, or operational roles, with financial services or banking experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Experience working within applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, stay proactive, and deliver a positive candidate experience
