About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation to spearhead the development and execution of critical strategic growth and operational initiatives. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the organization's scaling and operational enhancement, leading a team that works closely with executive leadership and physician stakeholders to drive performance, lead growth efforts, and optimize clinical and operational outcomes. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong background in strategy consulting, at least 10 years' of post-MBA experience in healthcare services, and a proven track record in multi-site provider environments, particularly in the areas of operational excellence and growth. The role is highly visible and impactful, requiring a collaborative and results-oriented individual who can thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include partnering with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of strategic initiatives and the continuous improvement of operational processes. The ideal candidate will be adept at leading change, fostering a culture of innovation, and driving the organization towards its strategic goals.
