Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation protocols.EducationEarned a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, with preparedness for ASCP/AMT certification.CertificationsASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment. Maintain current certification for the duration of employment.SkillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to facilitate collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
