Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, leveraging the flexibility of telehealth to serve a diverse clientele. Your work setting will primarily involve virtual therapy sessions, enabling you to provide care from the comfort of your home while ensuring that clients receive consistent and quality support. Your schedule will generally follow a Monday through Friday format, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promoting a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, your core responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.

• Hold a current California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Have a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with experience in telehealth practices, as well as those who have specialized training in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
