Benefits Coordinator

Vaco Arizona is partnering with a top company in Scottsdale to hire a Benefits Coordinator. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and is fully onsite. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting employee benefits programs, answering employee inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and partnering with vendors to ensure a smooth benefits experience. Key Responsibilities Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Support new hire benefit enrollments and assist with annual open enrollment. Serve as the primary point of contact for employee benefits questions and provide timely support. Maintain accurate benefits records and employee data. Partner with payroll to ensure accurate benefit deductions and contributions. Coordinate with benefit vendors to resolve issues and support plan administration. Create and distribute employee communications regarding benefits programs and updates. Assist with compliance requirements related to benefits administration. Help identify opportunities to improve benefits processes and employee experience. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in benefits administration, human resources, or a related field. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and HR practices. Benefits & Compensation Salary range is disclosed per local law. The position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and participation in medical, dental, vision benefits and the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
