About the Role Your primary role will be to fuel the commercial growth and boost customer satisfaction across an established account base. You will be responsible for a team that manages various customer types and includes some of our largest and most strategic accounts. You will be responsible for the continued development and support of your team, and you will create senior, strategic relationships within your region to further enhance client satisfaction and overall partnership. You will be pivotal in supporting ICIS’ strategic priorities, working alongside global cross-functional teams including Business Solution, Marketing, Product, Strategy, Consulting and Content. Responsibilities Exceed financial and wider business objectives. Create a high-performance sales culture that will differentiate ICIS via commercial excellence. Capture market share and deliver customer value. Lead, develop, inspire and motivate your team to deliver against business and team objectives. Apply resources into areas of best impact to execute on market strategy. Increase both customer and employee satisfaction, engagement, mission impact, loyalty, innovation and revenue. Develop a deep understanding of customer workflow, market trends, opportunity and threats. Qualifications Significant experience in commercial execution with large customers in the Chemical and Energy markets. Proven track record of driving growth to exceed financial and other business objectives in complex customer organizations. Ability to foster collaborative environments that capitalize on cross-functional communication and teamwork. Strong experience in creating and developing sales strategies to maximize go-to-market resource and execute against market opportunity. Past experience of building comprehensive territory plans with growth opportunities and risks. Demonstrate extensive experience of C level commercial negotiations. Be passionate about a world-class customer experience. Proven track record of leading teams in value-based customer-centric buying methodologies and exceeding objectives and financial goals. Proven ability to identify, hire and develop high performing talent and managing under performance. Ability to champion diversity and representation, as well as leading proactive succession planning and talent management to improve customer outcomes. Talent Development in place to support career growth within the company. U.S. National Base Pay Range: $98,500 - $183,000. Total Target Cash Range: $151,700 - $281,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates. Pay mix between base and variable pay varies based on sales role; please discuss with the recruiter.
