Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner

Principal Specialist, HR Employee Partner (HREP) Job Location: Tewksbury, Massachusetts (Hybrid). Citizenship: U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person required. Security Clearance: None/Not Required. What You Will Do Execute HR processes and activities to support designated customer groups. Model employee advocacy behavior and serve as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level, senior leaders and employees. Partner with the HREP Manager and business leaders to understand business strategies and objectives and apply HR solutions proactively in alignment with the HR vision and mission. Execute critical HR processes, including compensation, performance management and talent acquisition. Collaborate with Center of Excellence Partners to model consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions. Drive talent management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high‑potential development. Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications to support strategic objectives. Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints, including ethics‑related case investigations, maintaining a positive employee‑relations environment and culture. Qualifications A university degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Experience handling employee relations issues. Experience leading HR related programs such as compensation, performance management, and succession planning. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build relationships across all levels, present ideas clearly, and influence decision‑making. Strong business acumen and perspective. Strategic thinking with tactical execution skills. Demonstrated integrity and strong judgment. Ability to interpret and consistently apply HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions. Salary Range 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD (salary range is a good‑faith estimate; compensation may vary by experience, role, and location).
