Cherokee Town & Country Club is looking to hire a Full-Time Sous Chef at our Town Club in Buckhead to prepare food items that either appear on the daily menu or as a special pertaining to a specific station. You must carefully follow recipes and work hard to ensure the quality and consistency of the food. Time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once is a necessity. Skills and Aptitude Required Must be able to maintain focus on the tasks at hand while staying on your feet and moving about. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to read and follow recipes with precision. Education and Experience Required 5 years minimum of culinary experience. 2 years minimum of leadership experience. A culinary degree or CF equivalent is preferred. ServSafe certification is preferred, and/or a sound understanding of sanitation practices.
