About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to spearhead its corporate and strategic finance agenda. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading long-range planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasting processes, as well as driving enterprise performance management and owning the M&A finance lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. The VP of Finance will also oversee finance shared services, enhance financial reporting and processes, and lead a high-performing team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree, and a CPA or CFA certification. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 5 years' in a leadership role. The role demands a candidate with a strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS concepts, experience in managing cross-functional initiatives, and a proven ability to deliver process improvements.
