Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide various evidence-based therapeutic services, including individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Employ various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients, working with other healthcare professionals to coordinate treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records and documentation, adhering to legal and ethical standards within the field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will focus on a broad spectrum of clients, including individuals and families facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship difficulties. Many of our clients come from marginalized communities and may have limited access to traditional mental health care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Connecticut.
