Senior Success Guide - Data360 (Portuguese Speaking) As a Senior Success Guide for Salesforce’s Data Cloud, you will partner with premier customers to drive adoption, optimize usage, and deliver measurable business value through a deep understanding of Data Cloud’s capabilities and its integration with AI and other Salesforce clouds. Responsibilities Act as a trusted subject‑matter expert on the Data Cloud, including its role in AI success. Engage with Premier and Signature customers both reactively and proactively to advise and optimize current Data Cloud usage. Lead engagements that align with Data Cloud product capabilities, tailoring conversations to customers’ unique needs. Build strong relationships with internal and external business stakeholders. Share knowledge and mentor colleagues to advance thought leadership. Impact of the Role The Senior Success Guide plays a critical role in helping customers realize value and accelerate adoption of the Data 360 platform. You will coach customers on best practices, deliver 1:1 Success Requests and Expert Coaching Sessions, and act as a trusted advisor to achieve their business goals. Collaboration and Teamwork You will work closely with Success Managers, Account Executives, Support and cross‑functional teams to deepen customer knowledge of the Data Cloud platform and drive optimal usage. Basic Requirements 4–6 years of customer‑facing experience in technology, preferably with Data 360 and AI expertise. Proficient in Data 360 and able to articulate the competitive advantage it offers to AI functionality. Fluent in Portuguese and English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with cross‑functional, global teams. Capable of translating technical concepts into business value and ROI for customers. Deep technical understanding of the Data Cloud suite and strong leadership in technical acumen. Proactive, self‑starting attitude with independent task management while collaborating remotely. Compensation and Benefits In the United States, compensation will be based on factors including location, job level, knowledge, skills, and experience. The typical base salary range is $99,400–$150,300 annually. Additional compensation may include incentive, equity, and benefits.
