E-Billing Specialist - Boston, MA Our client, a prestigious international law firm with locations in Washington D.C. and Boston, is seeking an experienced E-Billing Specialist to join its collaborative team. This position will pay between $80-100K on a base salary plus bonus What You’ll Do Set up new clients and matters for e-billing Submit and monitor electronic invoices through multiple e-billing platforms Resolve rejected invoices and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines Partner with attorneys, billing teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, accurate billing Track invoice status, appeals, accruals, and reporting What We’re Looking For 3+ years of law firm e-billing experience Experience with Elite 3E/Enterprise or Aderant Familiarity with platforms such as CounselLink, Serengeti, Collaborati, Passport, BillingPoint, e-Billing Hub, or BillBlast is a plus Strong Excel, organizational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected law firm offering a collaborative culture, challenging work, and long-term career growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr Daley And Associates, LLC
