Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing screening tools and intake interviews to form an understanding of their backgrounds.

• Provide individual and family counseling sessions tailored to address specific challenges, employing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on various topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and support for specific issues like trauma or addiction.

• Develop and implement individualized service plans in collaboration with clients, aligning treatment goals with their personal life objectives.

• Advocate for clients' rights, helping them access necessary resources, and address social justice issues impacting their lives.

• Contribute to program development and evaluation, assisting with grant reporting and quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with community organizations, governmental agencies, and volunteers to enhance service delivery and foster partnerships that enrich client care.

Qualifications\n
