Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for students, determining their mental health needs and developing evidence-based treatment plans that guide therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailoring approaches to meet individual client needs.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards while accurately reflecting the progress and treatment provided to each client.

• Collaborate with a team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and educational staff to create an integrated care approach that addresses the holistic needs of students.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work in a community or educational setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
