Manufacturing Production Supervisor

Manufacturing Supervisor Production Sirius Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor Production for a temp to hire opportunity in Whitsett, NC. Schedule: M-F, 6:30AM-3:00PM. Summary: This position will oversee and support manufacturing test environments, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain equipment, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, and Operations teams. Responsibilities: Build and maintain server test environments, switches, PXE boot systems, and rack cabling. Support L1/L2 servers used for manufacturing validation and testing. Troubleshoot hardware, network, and test infrastructure issues. Perform root cause analysis and document corrective actions. Maintain and coordinate test equipment, including HiPot testers and diagnostic tools. Develop SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation. Train and support technicians on testing procedures, equipment, and safety. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, IT, Logistics, and Production teams. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of server hardware testing or manufacturing test support experience. Knowledge of Linux, networking (DHCP, FTP, SSH), and PXE boot systems preferred. Python or Bash scripting experience is a plus. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Occasional weekends and holidays may be required. Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
