This onsite role requires expert LOA and ADA/Reasonable Accommodation administration and strong real-time communication to keep employees compliant and informed. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience, a bachelor's degree, and hands-on experience with HCM/HRS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or PeopleSoft.
