Insurance Coverage Attorney - 3+ Years Experience

About the Opportunity:
A well-established firm in Phoenix is seeking an Attorney with at least 3 years of experience in insurance coverage to join their team. This role offers the chance to handle complex coverage matters, provide detailed opinion writing, and litigate sophisticated insurance disputes in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Draft comprehensive coverage opinions and handle all aspects of insurance coverage litigation.
  
  
• Analyze and interpret insurance policies, contracts, and related legal issues.
  
  
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.
  
  
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients to provide strategic and effective representation.
  
  
• Maintain high-quality written work and strong attention to detail.
  
  

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
  
  
• Active Arizona bar license, in good standing.
  
  
• Minimum 3 years of insurance coverage experience (litigation and opinion writing required).
  
  
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
  
  
• Strong organizational and case management abilities.
