Facilities Manager

Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for daily facilities management operations across multiple assigned sites Manage technical and administrative staff while maintaining responsibility for team performance and morale Collaborate with supply chain teams to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-throughs, and manage supplier performance Maintain regular HR contact for people management, Learning & Development programs, and leave planning Establish annual budgets and track expenses against budget according to client processes Monitor KPI performance targets and SLA compliance, implementing corrective actions as needed Lead participation in local JLL and account innovation programs while redeploying best practices from other teams Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management Minimum 5 years of facility management experience with corporate or third-party service providers Strong business acumen including financial planning and analysis capabilities Proven ability to manage within budget and time constraints Strong analytical, organizational, and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills Experience with commercial goals management for FM operations Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects across multiple portfolios while maintaining focus on overall objectives.
