Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly therapy sessions with adult clients through live video, addressing a range of emotional, psychological, and social issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse group of adult clients who present with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Each client brings unique experiences, and your role will be pivotal in delivering personalized therapeutic interventions that resonate with their individual journeys. Through our telehealth model, you will be able to reach clients who may have previously faced barriers to accessing traditional mental health services.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active independent licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California. Additional licensure in other states is a plus.

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in mental health counseling is essential.
\n
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapy methodologies, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or similar approaches.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective teletherapy sessions.

• Strong organizational skills to manage client cases effectively and meet documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• At least one year of independent practice experience following licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
