Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients referred by physicians to develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery for a diverse patient population including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a compassionate and empathetic approach in every patient interaction.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on treatment plans, providing guidance on exercises and activities that promote self-management and long-term health.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment protocols as necessary to ensure continued improvement and adherence to physician's plans of care.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals and contribute to clinic performance objectives with a proactive approach.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
