Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis management, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment strategies.

• Ensure timely completion of all necessary documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as part of your clinical practice.
\n
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans.
\n
• Engage actively in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the high standards of our services.
\n
• Serve as a liaison to state agencies, community partners, and other relevant service systems, facilitating seamless communication and cooperation.

• Establish and maintain open lines of communication to meet contract requirements while promoting our organization’s mission within the community.
\n
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with local, state, and federal agencies to enhance program outreach and secure funding opportunities.

• Pursue ongoing professional development, attending conferences and representing the agency at state meetings and task forces relevant to mental health.

• Embody and promote our organizational mission, values, and principles in all activities.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
