Client Executive / Principal

Responsibilities The Client Executive will serve as a top-level manager in a growing firm. They will interact regularly with senior representatives of current and prospective clients. The Client Executive will oversee all client relations for a particular client or multiple clients, including project team performance and overall client satisfaction. Their roles include: Strategic contribution to defining and guiding the strategic plan. Overseeing delivery of services, development of culture, and execution of processes within the offices. Oversight of client relations, project team performance and overall client satisfaction. Establishing and developing relationships with potential clients. Working closely with the firm’s Marketing & Business Development departments to develop new opportunities. Promoting a support structure to further develop staff abilities. Staffing projections and overseeing recruitment of new staff. Participating in executive meetings, board meetings, major presentations, introduction & important issues meetings, management & staffing meetings, new hire interviews. Client maintenance and business development conferences / seminars. High-level QA/QC and continuous 5‑minute meetings with Production Director & Project Managers. Qualifications Registered Architect in the State. Minimum 15 years of experience in the architectural profession, with no less than 10 years managing project teams and processes. Prior K‑12 and/or Higher Education experience. Benefits Salary range: $142,666.00 – $213,999.00 for California locations. Incentive compensation may include discretionary bonuses.
