Key Responsibilities\n

• Assess and evaluate clients’ mood disorders by determining the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms through detailed interviews and standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique goals, preferences, and needs, utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Monitor client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and communicating these changes effectively to clients and their families.

• Educate clients and their families on the nature of mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care, enhancing overall treatment effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continuously refine and improve therapeutic strategies.

Qualifications\n
