Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing you to connect with clients in a comfortable and supportive environment while maintaining a balance between personal and professional responsibilities. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., ensuring consistent support for our clients while enabling you to manage your workload effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ emotional and relational dynamics to understand the intensity, frequency, and duration of their mood disorder symptoms.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, considering their specific needs, goals, and preferences to ensure a tailored therapy experience.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as primary therapeutic approaches.

• Utilize ongoing monitoring methods to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring responsiveness to their evolving needs.
