Senior Accounts Payable Specialist

Senior Accounts Payable Specialist SeaTac, WA (100% On-Site) | Temp-to-Hire We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to own a high-volume AP function for a well-established Seattle organization. Responsibilities Own the full-cycle accounts payable process from invoice receipt through payment Process and review a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies Manage vendor relationships and respond to inquiries Support month-end close activities, accruals, and AP reporting Assist with check runs, ACH, and wire payments Partner with internal departments to ensure timely approvals and proper coding Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency Qualifications 5+ years of progressive Accounts Payable experience Strong understanding of AP best practices and internal controls Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment Excellent reconciliation and problem-solving skills ERP system experience and strong Excel skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Benefits Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential 100% in-office role in Seattle High-visibility position with ownership and impact Stable company with a supportive accounting team Competitive pay and benefits upon conversion Medical, dental, vision, and federal and state leave programs Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
