Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient primary care practice located in beautiful Mesquite, Nevada. Work Environment

This full-time position requires you to work onsite in our outpatient office setting in Mesquite, a vibrant and welcoming community known for its recreational activities and outdoor lifestyle. The role offers a stable schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with evenings concluding at 5:00 PM. Your working days will be filled with meaningful interactions, focused on improving your patients' health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

As a Nurse Practitioner at Gotham Enterprises, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical examinations and reviewing patients' medical histories to inform your diagnostic processes.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as blood tests and X-rays, ensuring all relevant information is analyzed to provide accurate patient assessments.
• Diagnosing acute and chronic health conditions, formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Prescribing medications and therapies for patients, as well as monitoring their effectiveness and making changes when necessary.
• Maintaining thorough and precise patient records to ensure continuity of care and legal compliance.
• Educating patients and their families about health management, disease prevention strategies, and necessary lifestyle adjustments to promote overall health.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the practice to coordinate patient care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Participating in departmental meetings and contributing to quality assurance initiatives to constantly improve our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on providing care to a diverse patient population at our Mesquite outpatient office. You will engage with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, addressing various health issues, from routine check-ups and preventive care to the management of chronic diseases and urgent health concerns. This role enables you to make a significant impact on the lives of your patients, guiding them towards healthier lifestyles and improved health outcomes.

Qualifications

A successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization as a Nurse Practitioner.
• A valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Nevada, with ANP or FNP certification.
• A DEA number for prescribing controlled substances.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a primary care setting, emergency department, or equivalent healthcare environment.
• A demonstrated commitment to ethical patient care and regulations.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• A positive attitude, patience, and the capability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with bilingual abilities or those who have specialized knowledge in areas such as acute care, internal medicine, or family health will be considered an asset. Experience in patient education and community health initiatives is also appreciated.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 130,000 to 150,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, Gotham Enterprises provides a robust benefits package, including:
