Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of established patients, developing and implementing tailored healthcare plans based on their individual needs.
• Utilize your advanced medical knowledge to order appropriate diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging studies, ensuring timely and effective decision-making for patient management.
• Manage patient care by prescribing medications and coordinating referrals for additional services, such as physical therapy and durable medical equipment.
• Efficiently document all patient encounters and clinical information in our electronic medical records (EMR) system, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and messages submitted via the EMR, demonstrating clear and effective communication skills.
• Maintain professional decorum and uphold the high standards of practice and ethics expected in a healthcare setting.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient cases and collaborate on improving care strategies.

Compensation and Benefits
