Work Environment

Physical Therapists at ProFlex operate onsite within our innovative Rehabilitation Center, which boasts advanced equipment and a welcoming atmosphere for patients. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Your daily interactions with healthcare professionals will create a synergistic environment, enhancing your effectiveness and broadening your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, including their strength, flexibility, and mobility, to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Employ advanced diagnostic techniques and assessment tools to formulate targeted treatment plans.
• Design individualized therapy programs that facilitate recovery and empower patients to reach their goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and neuromuscular re-education, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment.
• Educate patients and their families on effective injury prevention strategies, rehabilitation exercises, and the importance of following the prescribed home exercise program.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, case managers, and nursing personnel to coordinate care and ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes.
• Maintain open communication with patients, their families, and caregivers to support a seamless rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At ProFlex, you will work with a varied patient population, including athletes recovering from sports injuries, individuals post-surgery, and those with chronic health conditions impacting mobility. Each patient presents a unique set of challenges and goals, providing a stimulating environment where your skills as a Physical Therapist will be both challenged and rewarded.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada is required.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy is essential, but a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is highly preferred.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with patients and families.
• Experience in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting patients on their journey to recovery and mobility restoration.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is preferred, providing insight into the common challenges and recovery procedures.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and documentation protocols.
• Experience with diverse patient populations and conditions will be beneficial to adapt treatments effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year , commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
