Work Environment

As an onsite Staff Physical Therapist, you will work in a supportive and collaborative home care setting, where our team comprises experienced physical therapists, rehabilitation support staff, and healthcare professionals from various disciplines. Our facility is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools and technology, allowing you to utilize evidence-based practices effectively. You will primarily work Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a stable work-life balance while serving your community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to create individualized treatment plans that address their specific rehabilitation needs.
• Administer hands-on physical therapy treatments, including manual therapies and therapeutic exercises, to promote recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and consistent patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment protocols, and home exercise plans to facilitate ongoing recovery.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and progress notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and case discussions to share insights and contribute to continuous patient care improvement initiatives.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through training programs and workshops, ensuring your skills remain current and relevant.
• Build strong relationships with patients and the surrounding community, promoting trust and engagement in the rehabilitation process.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience and performance.
