Work Environment

Working within our outpatient office, you will be surrounded by a team of experienced healthcare professionals who value communication and support. The physical therapy space features state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and private treatment rooms, providing a comfortable atmosphere for both staff and clients. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which allows for a predictable and organized work schedule, helping you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess and analyze patient mobility and physical function, utilizing evidence-based assessments to determine individual rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the unique needs, goals, and lifestyles of each patient.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and state-of-the-art rehabilitation modalities to enhance recovery.
• Document all patient interactions and progress meticulously in our electronic health record system, Raintree, ensuring adherence to clinic protocols and best practice guidelines.
• Provide education to patients and their families about home exercise programs, injury prevention strategies, and self-management techniques to empower them to take an active role in their recovery.
• Continuously reassess and modify treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes and enhance their overall rehabilitation experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and various musculoskeletal conditions. A holistic approach is integral to our practice; hence, you will also engage in collaborative discussions with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place that align with the best interests of our patients.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada is required.
• A strong commitment to patient care, clinical excellence, and a passion for rehabilitation practices is essential.

Preferred Experience

• While a minimum of two years' experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, motivated new graduates eager to learn and grow within the team are encouraged to apply.
