Senior Business Analyst (Revenue Cycle or Healthcare)

Remote Senior Business AnalystThe Senior Business Analyst will apply expertise in revenue cycle operations and technology to help improve our outstanding software and services. You will participate throughout the product development lifecycle. You will help plan, document, test, and troubleshoot software improvements. Key ResponsibilitiesGather high-level customer business needs and translate them into functional requirements, use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframes, and other forms of documentationResearch industry, regulatory, and technology trends to find opportunities to enhance our solutionsProject manage development efforts; facilitate communication between the business units and the development team from initial requirements to final implementationDesign, create, and test reports, and analyze resultsProvide subject-matter expertise and support to clients and to development, implementation, and support teamsCreate and execute test plans; document, track, and evaluate issuesCreate and maintain product documentationQualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
