As a CRM Specialist, you are the architect of the company's internal workflows. You will:

• Build and maintain complex workflows, pipelines, and automated triggers within Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Airtable.
• Act as the guardian of the database—performing regular audits, deduplicating records, and ensuring all data entry follows established naming conventions.
• Configure lead scoring, deal stages, and project tracking boards to ensure sales and marketing teams have a clear view of their funnel.
• Connect the CRM to other tools in the tech stack (e.g., Slack, Email, Zapier, or specialized apps) to ensure seamless data flow.
• Create custom reports and dashboards that provide leadership with real-time insights into team performance and business health.
• Draft clear "How-To" guides and SOPs to ensure team members are using the CRM correctly and consistently.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM administration or operations.
• Advanced proficiency in at least two of the following: Hubspot, Salesforce, Monday.com, or Airtable.
• You don't just do things manually; you look for ways to automate repetitive tasks using native tools or third-party integrators (like Zapier).
• You have a high bar for data hygiene and a "zero-error" approach to systems building.
• The ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows and reporting structures.
• Strong written and verbal English skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and train internal teams.

Depending on the client, there are sometimes 2 additional steps:

• 15-min Prep Call: We've got your back. Before the final round, your Recruiter will hop on a quick call to coach you, share insider tips, and ensure you're 100% ready.
• Client Interview: You'll meet the client to discuss how you'll help them scale and succeed. Bring your metrics and be on your A-game - this is your last chance to make a great first impression!
