About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for ISV and Partner Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the company's ecosystem of ISV partners and direct client integrations. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective ISV partners to enhance the company's presence and product distribution. The VP will also set partner engagement and integration priorities, align cross-functional stakeholders, and establish a scalable operating model to ensure consistent onboarding, integration quality, and ongoing performance. The ultimate goal is to expand the company's reach, improve time-to-market, and deliver measurable growth through partner-led channels. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 10 years' of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, product partnerships, or ecosystem/channel leadership, preferably within healthcare, fintech, payments, or lending. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of payments, embedded finance, and RCM concepts, as well as proven ability to source, evaluate, and negotiate complex partnership agreements. The role requires a leader with strong critical thinking skills, the ability to manage multiple workstreams, and a track record of delivering measurable partner-led growth. The VP will also be responsible for leading a team, so experience in team management and development is essential.
